About Us
Meet Tiera Johnson, founder and CEO of Summer Spark Camp. With over nine years in education, she combines strong classroom experience with a passion for nurturing students’ academic and spiritual growth.
A licensed K–3 educator, Tiera has worked closely with students, families, and educators to drive success. In 2025, she launched Alpha Arrows Learning to bridge learning gaps and spark curiosity. In 2026, through a partnership with Open Door Christian School, the program grew into Summer Spark Camp—expanding its mission to help more students thrive and walk confidently in their God-given potential.
A wife, mother of two, and woman of strong Christian faith, Tiera leads with integrity and purpose. She also serves as a 1st grade teacher in Cleveland, dedicated to inspiring and equipping children for lifelong success.
